the first human

i have forgotten to mention that a while back i listened to an audio book of the first human - i need to look up the author again.

i listened to the end hoping to hear something about java man. i was thinking about the history of timor, which is not too far from java, and hoped to learn somwthing i could use in my book.

alas.

nothing. it was very interesting nevertheless - i learned alot about paleontologists.
